Godley ISD Joins Guardian Program

Following approval from the Board of Trustees, Godley ISD will be implementing the Guardian Program beginning August 3, 2021. Under Texas Penal Code Section 46.03, the Guardian Program grants a school district the authority to authorize certain District employees to carry concealed weapons on school grounds. P-EBT applications are now being accepted

The application for P-EBT benefits is now open until Aug. 13. P-EBT provides food benefits to families with eligible children who temporarily lost access to free or reduced-price meals during the 2020–21 school year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Summer Feeding Program

The Godley ISD 2021 Summer Feeding Program will run June 11th - July 10th. Breakfast will be served weekdays from 7:30 am - 8:30 am and lunch will be served from 11:00 am until 12:15 pm in the 2-4 campus cafeteria located at 309 N. Pearson St. Godley, TX. 2021 Bond Passed!

Unofficial results are in! The 2021 Godley ISD Bond has been approved by voters with 70.18% in favor. Thank you to the GISD community for supporting these measures to address rapid student enrollment growth! The future is so bright for Godley ISD!

Student Vaccinations Available

GISD May 1, 2021 Bond Election

The Godley ISD Board of Trustees unanimously voted to call a $168.5 Million Bond Election to be held on May 1, 2021. It is important to note that there will be zero increase to the tax rate as a result of this election. This bond package, recommended by the Facilities Planning Committee comprised of parents, non-parents, staff, and community leaders, will address the projected growth in our district.
